Shipping Locations

We offer delivery within the UK and internationally. Please note that some remote areas may have limited delivery coverage. If you are unsure about the delivery availability for your location, please contact our customer support team for assistance.


Delivery Time Frame

We strive to process and ship orders promptly. The estimated delivery time depends on various factors, including product availability, destination, and the selected shipping method. You will receive an estimated delivery time-frame during checkout, and we will make every effort to meet this schedule. However, delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be subject to unforeseen delays beyond our control.


Delivery Charges

Shipping and handling charges will be calculated and displayed during checkout. These charges depend on the size, weight, and destination of the ordered items. Any additional fees, such as customs duties or taxes, are the customer’s responsibility and may be charged separately.


Delivery Process

Our furniture products are delivered through reputable shipping carriers to the address provided at checkout. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Please ensure that accurate shipping details are provided to avoid delays.

  • We are not responsible for any delivery issues caused by inaccurate or incomplete shipping information.


Delivery Inspection

Upon receiving your furniture, please carefully inspect the packaging and products for any visible damage. If you notice any damage or discrepancies:

  • Report it immediately to our customer support team.

  • Provide photographic evidence to help us resolve the issue promptly.


EU & International Delivery

EU & International Deliveries are shipped by FedEx to the door only, and goods may require self-assembly.

From 1st January 2021, all deliveries outside the UK may incur customs duties, taxes, and local handling charges payable upon delivery. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and vary by country. We recommend inquiring locally for more details before ordering.

  • These local import charges are levied by the government of the destination country and are not included in the delivery charges displayed on the Casa Negara website.

  • Goods cannot be rejected on import or returned/refunded due to these charges.


Delivery Options

We offer three delivery options:

  1. Standard Delivery by DPD

    • Suitable for small/medium, non-fragile items.

  2. ‘Deliver to Door’ by Atlas of London

    • For small/medium fragile items under 20kg that require extra protection during delivery.

    • No assembly included.

  3. ‘White-Glove Delivery’ by Atlas of London

    • This is the standard service for all large items that require assembly and packaging removal.

    • Additional surcharges apply for:

      • Items exceeding 85kg.

      • Delivery to the 3rd floor or higher.

      • Orders containing multiple large items.

    • For large orders or deliveries to the 3rd floor or higher, please contact our Customer Care Team for more details.
