Thank you for shopping with Casa Negara. We are committed to providing high-quality, sustainable furniture products and exceptional customer service. Please read our Delivery & Shipping Policy carefully to understand the details of our delivery and shipping process.

1. Delivery & Shipping

1.1. Shipping Locations: We offer delivery within the UK and internationally. Please note that some remote areas may have limited delivery coverage. If you are unsure about the delivery availability for your location, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

1.2. Delivery Time-frame: We strive to process and ship orders promptly. The estimated delivery time will depend on various factors, including the product availability, destination, and shipping method chosen. You will be provided with an estimated delivery time-frame during the checkout process, and we will do our best to meet this time-frame. However, please note that delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be subject to unforeseen delays beyond our control.

1.3. Delivery Charges: Shipping and handling charges will be calculated and displayed during checkout. The applicable charges will depend on the ordered items' size, weight, and destination. Any additional fees, such as customs duties or taxes, are the customer's responsibility and may be charged separately.

1.4. Delivery Process: Our furniture products are delivered through reputable shipping carriers to the address provided at the checkout. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. It is important to provide accurate shipping details to ensure successful delivery. We are not responsible for any delays or issues caused by the customer's inaccurate or incomplete shipping information.

1.5 Delivery Inspection: Please carefully inspect the packaging and products for any visible damage upon receiving your furniture items. If you notice any damage or discrepancies, please report it immediately to our customer support team. Providing photographic evidence of the damage will assist us in resolving the issue promptly.

2. Delivery options

We offer three delivery options:

  • Standard delivery by DPD - This is for small/medium, non-fragile items.

  • ‘Deliver to Door’ provided by Atlas of London - For small/medium, fragile items under the weight of 20kg that require that extra protection on delivery without the need of assembly.

  • ‘White-glove delivery’ provided by Atlas of London – This is the standard (*) service for all large items that require assembly and packaging removal.

*Items that are more than 85kg and/or require delivery to the 3rd floor or higher will include additional surcharges, orders that include multiple large items may also incur additional surcharges – for large orders or orders that require delivery to the 3rd floor or higher please contact our Customer Care Team.

Standard Delivery by courier

This offers delivery right to your front door. If the destination is an apartment, flat or complex, the order will be delivered inside the entrance to the building. Our UK delivery partner is DPD Local for smaller orders. DPD Local will deliver between Monday and Friday, and you can rest assured that your parcel is trackable at every stage. The typical delivery window is 24 hours from the day your items arrive at our warehouse (on working days only). Please note that many of our products have lead times associated with them which can be clearly seen on the product page.

All items purchased that are in stock will be sent out to you within one to two working days. All orders placed after 2pm (UK time) for in-stock items will be processed the next working day.

If you have ordered multiple items, we will send these out to you in one delivery as soon as they all arrive at the Nest warehouse. We dispatch completed orders unless unforeseen circumstances occur.

Deliver to Door
This is a high-end courier service for all small/medium fragile items that require additional protection to a standard courier service, this is a standard service for all mirrors and items made of marble under the weight of 20kg.

White-Glove delivery
Atlas of London, will contact you to arrange a suitable time (between Monday and Friday) to deliver your order. Atlas will provide you with a 3-hour time window for delivery.  The delivery team will deliver your items to your room of choice and remove all the packaging for you, if required all items will be assembled by the delivery team.

Our team will assess your goods on arrival to our warehouse and inform Atlas that assembly and packaging removal is required where deemed necessary.

On-site installation is regrettably not available for lighting products or wall mounted goods, but not limited to shelving, mirrors, and pictures.

Please ensure you check and measure access to your property and make us aware of any possible difficulties in delivering your order prior to dispatch. For example, lift sizes, internal doors, and tight spaces.

Additional services Atlas provides include the below. If required, Casa Negara will obtain a quote for the required service:

Window delivery / Balcony delivery – For items that cannot fit into the room of choice through conventional delivery means. Delivery would be via a platform hoist or crane.

Access Checks – This includes a site visit to determine if sofas, sofa beds, dining tables etc. fit into destination property.
