Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using our e-commerce platform. You agree to be bound by these terms and conditions by accessing or using our website. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our platform.

1. General Terms

1.1. Our sustainable furniture e-commerce platform is owned and operated by Negara Furniture Ltd t/a Casa Negara, a company registered in England and Wales. Our company registration number is 15156643 and our registered office is 27 Old Gloucester Street, London, England, WC1N 3AX.

1.2. By using our platform, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

1.3. We reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at anytime. It is your responsibility to review the terms periodically. Your continued use of the platform after any modifications shall constitute your acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Product Information

2.1. We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding our sustainable furniture products. However, we do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the information provided on the platform. Any reliance on the information is at your own risk.

2.2. Product images displayed on the platform are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that a device’s display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the products. The actual product may differ slightly in appearance.

2.3. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without prior notice.

3. Ordering and Payment

3.1. By placing an order through our platform, you make an offer to purchase the selected product(s) at the price listed, subject to these terms and conditions.

3.2. Prior to placing an order, please check the dimensions at the delivery address for access (including doors, stairs, lifts etc), as well as the area of intended use to ensure that the product is the right size for your needs. Goods that fail to fit into your property at the point of delivery are your responsibility and non-returnable as Casa Negara have no control over this and the goods cannot be returned to the manufacturer.

3.4. If you wish to make a change to the product you have ordered, please contact us. We will let you know if the change is possible. If it is possible, we will let you know about any changes to the price of the product, the timing of supply or anything else which would be necessary as a result of your requested change and ask you to confirm whether you wish to go ahead with the change.

3.5. Unless otherwise stated, all prices listed on the platform are in the currency specified and exclude applicable taxes, shipping, and handling charges. In accordance with applicable regulations, at present Casa Negara chooses not to charge VAT on goods. Therefore, all prices displayed are VAT free.

3.6. It is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the products we sell may be incorrectly priced or described in which case we will not be obliged to supply the goods at the incorrect price or in accordance with the incorrect description or at all. We reserve the right to correct any errors from time to time. We reserve the right to accept or reject your order at our discretion. In the event of rejection, we will notify you and refund any payment.

3.7.. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept various payment methods as specified on the platform.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1. We aim to process and ship orders promptly. However, delivery times may vary depending on the destination and product availability. We will provide estimated delivery times but do not guarantee delivery dates.

4.2. Shipping and handling charges will be calculated and added to your order during checkout. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional fees may apply for address changes after the order has been placed.

4.3. Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect the delivered items and report any damage or discrepancies within a reasonable time.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1. We accept returns and provide refunds in accordance with our Return Policy, available on our platform. Please review the policy carefully to understand the requirements and procedures for returning products.

5.2. You are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. All content on our platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Casa Negara or its licencors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

6.2. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content on the platform without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use or inability to use our platform or products.

7.2. We make no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the platform or products, including but not limited to their fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement of intellectual property rights.
